The impacts of the novel coronavirus have changed how we all do business and interact with the world around us. At Moonshot, we provide contactless service to our customers, which significantly reduces opportunities for communicating COVID-19.
Despite the protections provided by contactless service, we are doing what we can to protect our customers and team members from COVID-19:
We are closely monitoring the recommendations from the U.S. Center for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, as well as federal and local authorities to make sure we are keeping our employees and our customers safe. We will continue to make sure that personal health and safety guides all our decisions.
One request for our you, our valued customers: We ask that on your pickup days, if able, you wipe your bin(s) down with a disinfectant before placing it outside.
